If you currently own these devices, they should continue to work with the software. This only prevents the purchase of NEW BBPOS WISE E EMV units. Please make sure if you need a docking station, you purchase the correct one for the unit you have.

Description

This terminal is only used for customers processing with Stripe. This unit connects to the network via Wifi.

Please note this message from STRIPE if you currently have any of the old P400 STRIPE readers:

“Stripe will move the Verifone P400 reader to end of life status on October 1, 2024. This means that the reader will no longer be able to process transactions or receive customer support or critical software updates after this date. As a reminder, we stopped selling the Verifone P400 in September 2021. You can read more about reader end of life status and learn how to view your active readers here.


We recommend that you and your users transition to the BBPOS WisePOS E, as this will work with your existing integration without any additional development work.”
